Set in the beautiful hilly countryside of Central Portugal, Florença is a stylishly renovated farmhouse, which has been converted into 5 fully furnished & fully equipped apartments with landscaped gardens, shared swimming pool and stunning views. This traditional style 4 roomed apartment on the upper floor of the property, has a quaint, rustic charm with its stripped pine floors, original doors and moulded timber ceilings. The space In many ways the village of Cumieira represents a trip back in time to a place where life was much simpler and less pressurized and more peaceful. It's this ambience that we have tried to recreate at Apartamentos e Jardins de Florença. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay with us to the full and form new friendships with fellow guests. So far we have had a lot of success in achieving this. Guest access Guests can use both the upper and lower gardens, the shared swimming pool, the communal barbecue and all common areas. Quests in this apartment may also use the sun terrace and gas barbecue outside apartment 3 when apartment 3 is unoccupied, if they wish. If you are unclear on anything please ask a member of the management team. Other things to note ADDITIONAL GUESTS. Although we have listed this apartment with a maximum occupancy of two, occasionally guests wish to add another friend or family member. We are able to accommodate one additional guest by using a high quality full size (90x200) foldaway bed which we had imported from Germany. The additional cost; including all of the usual bed linen, duvet, pillows and extra towels, is just €12 per night. If your party includes babies or young infants under 2 years old we are able to supply you with a good quality collapsible cot/playpen, without any charge and we'll supply you with a high chair should you wish.
