Converted Barn, rural setting, on the edge of bath

Bailbrook lane, has a rural feel and yet is right on the edge of the World Heritage site of Bath on the southern slopes of Solosbury Hill. The Barn is a traditional stone built, recently, sympathetically converted grain store. It has its own entrance , parking and private paved outdoor yard space to sit out in and other than handing the key over and giving it back, barring any help and advice guests might need, you will be left to your own devices! The space The Barn, is next to the the original farm house, that the owner lives in. It is set in a 6 acre working small holding and as such the owner asks respectfully that guests do not "go exploring" and respect the privacy and amenity of the owner. There is live stock, with free range (wild) , ducks, chickens, sheep, bees, cats, kids all doing their thing, so please take super care driving up and down the drive way. The Barn has its own small stone flagged yard which is of exclusive use of the guests. Bailbrook lane is a safe, friendly secure neighbourhood, but as the owner is often away the driveway is covered by CCTV. The barn is a 2 bedroom property with large kitchen diner and living room. However one of the bedrooms is locked shut and not for guest use as this is used by the owners extended family when they come to stay. Recently renovated to a very high standard the barn is furnished well with a comfy bed and lounge and a very well equipped kitchen. I would consider (well behaved ) pets, on stay by stay agreement at an additional cost of £25 a night . Guest access Guests are welcome to park anywhere as long as they don't block any other vehicles or access. The barn does have its own dedicated parking space right outside the barn as well.
