Double room available in lovely house.

Comfortable and clean space available in my lovely home. The room is a nice double with access to the rest of house and garden. The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom newly fitted. The lounge isn't shared space but there is a nice dining room. The house is a short walk to the North Laines and a bus ride to the South Downs. The Beach is a 25 minute walk away or a short bus ride. Cycles are available to hire just down the road. A fluffy cat also lives in the house with me. The space The room is large and has drawer and wardrobe space. There is a cat in the house who is very friendly and he comes and goes at his leisure through the cat flap. At night he usually sleeps on the landing so is likely to follow you into the bathroom or back into the bedroom. Guest access Guests can share all areas of the house and garden. During your stay I am around most of the time so am available to help with anything that is needed.
