Cozy, homely, holiday park retreat!

Beautiful static caravan at Seal Bay Holiday Park! The park is just amazing with lots of space for children to play, heated pool (30°C), two theatres with entertainment, kids clubs, playgrounds, multi-sport court, arcades, countryside walks and the quaint village of Selsey a few mins drive away. Please note passes need to be purchased at an extra cost to access pools and entertainment. Prices on photo. Families and couples welcome! The space Our three bedroom, two bathroom caravan was new in May 2021. Decking that gets the sun until 7pm has just been added. We come here most weekends and for some extended periods in the holidays. We are set up for families with toys, games and lots of DVDs. Wifi has been upgraded recently. Centrally heated. There are three small bedrooms. The master has a double bed, the second has a small double with extra thick memory foam topper and there are two child size singles in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have a blackout liner additional curtains. The kitchen is well equipped and we leave teatowels, cloths, washing up liquid, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and ketchup for guests to use. There is one WC and one bathroom. We provide lots of toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a slipper basket here for guests to use :) We absolutely love our second home here and hope you do too! Guest access There is free parking available for a car outside of the caravan. Please note, Seal Bay do not allow vans into the site but do have a carpark that you can park in. This requires a deposit which is refunded when you leave. Other things to note Please note that if guests want to use the Seal Bay facilities, they must buy passes via the email link before arrival. We are a 7 minute walk from the Embassy club and new Oasis Swimming complex and Wellness Spa. Please note the passes are non-refundable. Seal Bay have reserved the right to ask any guests to leave the premise if they are not following site rules.
