The stylishly appointed kitchen has stone bench tops, quality cooking appliances, dishwasher and integrated fridge/freezer. House has 3 large bedrooms with walk in robes, stylish bathrooms and powder room and functional spacious laundry. Additional features include servery window to decked entertaining and lock up single garage, R/C air-con to kitchen, living and master and upstairs areas. The luxurious master bedroom has a spacious walk in robe and beautiful ensuite with walk in shower and a free standing bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are situated upstairs and both are equipped with comfy pillow top mattresses, electric blankets, ceiling fans and airconditioning/heating when required. If you would like a hot drink on arrival tea, coffee and coffee pod machine are provided. Upstairs is a private study nook and velvet chester lounge which allows some quiet space for the business traveller with a desk area set up for work. There are also some games and books to keep the big kids (Adults) and the little ones entertained. Located in TV unit. No Parties or events allowed on premises .
