A unique Tumut experience in a 2 bedroom fully self contained, pet friendly cottage situated on a working farm with private Tumut River frontage. An ideal location for trout fishing, a perfect base for skiing the Mt Selwyn snowfields and exploring the Snowy Mountains region. Six generations of local knowledge will ensure your stay is welcoming and informed. Rose Cottage has a fully self contained kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The main bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bunk and single bed. Air conditioning and gas heating as well as electric blankets, doonas and blankets are supplied. Rose is surrounded by established gardens, kids' play area and communal undercover BBQ area for cooking and relaxing with friends or enjoy the privacy of your own verandah in the morning sun.
