Independent villa with 19 +3 sleeps, consists of a farmhouse (15+1 sleeps) and a dettached barn (4+2 sleeps). It is located in an isolated place and guarantees particular tranquility and absolute privacy. It offers a fenced swimming pool (8x16 m) with panoramic view (summer only), garden, parking. The wifi is present on the ground floor of the large house and the washing machine is present in the large house. The space - CASA 15 +1 sleeps. On the ground floor there are a loggia with wood stove, a large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and access to the outside, a small living room with fireplace and access to the outside, a dining room with table for 16/18 seats, a kitchen with oven, freezer, dishwasher, dining table for 4 people and access to the outside, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with shared bathroom with shower, both with a step at the entrance, one double bedroom and one twin .
