The house has one bedroom with one queen sized bed, and one full bathroom with full sized shower. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to make a meal at home - full sized refrigerator, oven, gas stove and microwave. You'll have the whole house to yourself. And reserved parking is off the street and right in front of the house. We respect your privacy and won't bug you during your stay. But we love to meet guests and are always glad to help with any travel needs! Our tiny home is located in a tiny home/park model home park. Be sure to take some time and wander through the park to check out all the different tiny homes that live here! Parking is reserved for you right in front of the house. The park is very close to Walgreens, Safeway, Walmart and Starbucks. All the shopping and dining of downtown Woodland park is just minutes away. There is a small hill climb to reach the property. AWD/4WD necessary in snow/ice. Colorado Springs is just 20 minutes away. We are only 8 minutes away from Charis Bible College. The Air Force Academy is 30 miles west. No animals, please! No smoking inside the house. Please note: 4WD/AWD is necessary in snowy weather (September-May)
