It is tailor made for couples, families or a group of friends. Its the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing break in the beautiful coastal town of Venus Bay, or as a base to explore Wilson's Prom and surrounding South Gipplsland area. The highlight of the house is a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area that leads out to the massive balcony/deck overlooking farmland to Anderson Inlet. The deck has 2 outdoor tables, one with with chairs and the other with stools. Inside there is a beautiful wood burning fireplace, with wood supplied, perfect for those cooler evenings. There are three bedrooms, the first upstairs with a queen bed and en-suite, the second downstairs with a queen bed and the third downstairs with four single bunk beds, providing sleeping space for up to 8. There is also a double sofa bed in the downstairs lounge in case you need more space. There is also a family bathroom with bath and separate shower downstairs. There is unlimited free high speed NBN WiFi and a Netflix capable TV for those who love some entertainment. There is a great music system with an audio streamer for those who like to stream music from Spotify etc or a choice of over 100 CD's for those who like the more traditional approach. The downstairs lounge is the perfect retreat for kids, with a PlayStation 2, Wii and Xbox One consoles and games, bean bags, table football and loads of board games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, smoothie maker, coffee machine and all the essential items. A selection of coffee pods and tea bags are provided for your use. The separate laundry includes a modern washing machine, iron and ironing board. Heating and cooling is provided by 2 split system air-conditioners, one upstairs and one down. All the beds (excluding the sofa bed) include linen, dooners and loads of pillows. Towels are also provided if you need them. Fishing rods and tackle, buckets and spades, yoga mats and a boogie board are all provided for your enjoyment. Guest access There is a small storage room downstairs that will be locked, otherwise the whole place is yours to enjoy. Other things to note The property is double storey and therefore has stairs and a second floor balcony. Therefore children of any age should be supervised at all times. The whole of Venus Bay uses rainwater via tank so please bring drinking water. Please also use water carefully. Wood is provided for the fire during winter.
