Three-room apartment in a villa (2 bedrooms and kitchen)

The ground floor apartment you have chosen measures about 50 square meters. It has air conditioning and can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults; it consists of 2 bedrooms (both with the possibility of making separate beds), 1 bathroom and a living room/kitchen. The apartment has a private outdoor gazebo. The space Tenuta Decimo includes Villa Dini and Borgo di Mariano, about 600 meters away and connected by an internal private road. Both the Villa and the Borgo have a swimming pool surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers. Some apartments have a green corner with a nice wooden gazebo, a table and chairs where you can eat and enjoy a moment of relaxation in the open air. The surrounding park has a children's play area with a wooden house, a ping pong table and much more (parental supervision is required). Just 600 meters from the villa is our restaurant, the Locanda del Borgo, in the center of the village. Here our guests can enjoy delicious dishes made with handmade pasta and organic products from the surrounding area, all prepared with great care. Tenuta Decimo also offers its guests numerous additional services, such as guided tours, horseback riding, bicycle rental and much more! Other things to note - Swimming caps are mandatory to swim - Tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, to be paid locally and in cash. Children under 14 are exempt from the tax. - Breakfast (on request): €12.00 per adult per day, €8.00 per child per day - Pool towels (on request): €5.00 per person - Pets: €30.00 for the entire stay - Laundry service (on request): €15.00 per machine load.
