Quiet, sunny location with magnificent mountain views, 2 1/2 room apartment (1 bedroom & 1 combined living/bedroom for max. 5 guests), furnished in modern country house style with every comfort, complete kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. From May to October, all cable cars in Oberstdorf & Kleinwalsertal are included daily. Families & children welcome, linens & towels are provided, pets on request. Near hiking trails & ski slope The space Our beautiful country house is located in an exclusive and very quiet sunny residential area with a beautiful view of the beautiful Oberstdorf mountains. Nebelhornbahn, ice stadium, hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and children's playground are close by. You can walk to the village center for about 10 minutes. The apartment is a 2 1/2 room apartment, about 60 sqm, attic, large living room with double sofa bed, cable TV, stereo and telephone, Internet access via WLAN, 1 bedroom, if necessary 1 extra bed in the hallway possible, kitchen (with 4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc.), hallway, bathroom with tub, shower and toilet, northeast balcony with very nice mountain and valley views. Our apartments for 1-7 people are spacious, cozy and furnished with every comfort. All apartments are classified with three or four stars by the German Tourism Association DTV. In short - easy to feel good! By the way: Every morning we provide our guests with a fresh bread service with local treats. Classification: All of our apartments have 4* * **** stars of living quality; i.e. high-quality overall equipment with upscale comfort, as well as amenities in upscale and well-maintained quality. In the point system of the German Tourism Association DTV, our apartments are rated 4*** * stars, but apartments with a sleeping option in the living area can only get a maximum of 3 stars.
