The apartment is fully furnished including ACs and heaters with carpets. It is in a building made of two floors and 3 apartments only. Each apartment in one floor. Having a garden view. Building very secure and has an entrance door locked and can only be opened by tenants. Very nice location and very calm. Grocery shops are close, pharmacies as well. Laundry shops are also nearby. Students can also consider renting it as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. The space It is a quite area, viewing the garden surrounding the building and the mountains. The building is only made of three floors where the landlord occupies two floors. A very warm environment and close to a big supermarket and 2 min walk to public transportation.
