This is a newly built building finished in July 2018. The flat has high quality interior and perfect location. In 5 minutes walking you are at the metro station, just 3 stations to the city centre and 2 stations to the biggest shopping area in Vienna and castle Schönbrunn. The flat is still very quiet as it is located on the side of the garden. The flat is comfortable for 3 adults or a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The space The flat has a quite terrace overlooking the communal garden. In winter, the floor heating and the tiled floor keep you warm and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with the newest appliances. In summer, starting summer 2024, we have added a mobile cooling unit.
