The apartment is the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1920's ceramic block home with a mansard roof. The bottom two floors are also rented via Airbnb. The home is 3 blocks from Chautauqua Lake and 3 miles from the Chautauqua Institution, a famous community since 1894 that fosters the arts, education and entertainment. We are also close to the Lake Erie Wine Trail, and several well-known micro-breweries. Plenty of yard and porch space. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The space The apartment is large enough for four people to cook, eat, sleep, and play. Everything is provided -- linens, cooking utensils, dishes, spices, etc. Guest access The entire apartment is yours. Other things to note This is a four season venue. Year round tastings at local wineries and breweries. Spring includes Memorial Day Weekend Garage Sales, the Chautauqua-Lake Erie Art Trail. Summer is busy with the 4th of July parade, the Chautauqua Institute schedule, the Chautauqua Pops concerts on the Floating Stage. Fall showcases spectacular foilage. Winter has us ice fishing, skiing, and snow-shoeing, not to mention the Chamber of Commerce's President's Day Weekend Winter Festival.
