The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, shower and sink, 2 living rooms and 1 kitchen. Part of the grounds is set up for you. The 4 bedrooms have a total of 9 beds, i.e. 3 large beds and 3 single beds; if necessary, 4 additional beds can be arranged elsewhere. The space The accommodation is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 13 people (people listed at the time of booking). If additional guests are added to the group, there is no problem; just change the number here before their arrival. However, I must be informed beforehand, in order to also inform the commune's tourist office; it's one of their requirements. Guest access Check-out is before 12 pm, i.e. 11:30 am, and check-in is from 4 pm, i.e. 4:30 pm. The vastness of the accommodation and its surroundings explains why it takes about 5 hours to provide guests with a clean, livable space in the best possible conditions. Rooms and spaces with beds are intended only for guests provided at the time of booking. Other things to note I am available during your stay; I am there to welcome you and show you around. If I am absent, it is a trusted person who does it for me. The check-in done together upon your arrival and agreeing that the accommodation suits you, pleases you and is clean as well as in accordance with the photos, is worth the approval of the guests of what is to be respected for the duration of the agreed stay. In order for the pool's essential maintenance to be carried out, I must go every day to check the good condition of its water; I access the pool by an access other than that of the house, having previously informed you of the exact time by phone or text message of my arrival and at 2 times of the day.
