Large home with pool in a natural setting

IMPORTANT! LET ME KNOW YOUR BOOKING REQUEST BEFORE PLACING IT! The house and its swimming pool are located on a huge plot of land very close to the city; the sea is 15 minutes away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet, shower, sink, 2 living rooms and 1 kitchen. Part of the land is for you. The 4 bedrooms represent a total of 9 beds, i.e. 3 large beds and 3 single beds; if necessary, 4 other beds can be arranged in the spaces. The space The accommodation is very spacious and can accommodate up to 13 people without worries (people planned during the reservation) if guests are invited, no worries! However, I must be informed in order to share it with the tourist office of the municipality; one of its requirements. Guest access Check-out is before 12 p.m. and check-in is from 4 p.m. The immensity of the accommodation as well as its surroundings explains why a time of about 4 hours is necessary in order to offer guests a clean, livable accommodation in the best possible conditions. The bedrooms and spaces with beds are intended only for the guests planned at the time of booking. Other things to note I am available during your stay; I am there to welcome you and show you around.
