Luxury stone house about 130 m² with ca 20m² terrace. Located in the quiet village of Vrasna, above the Strymonic Gulf away from tourist crowds, but still close to the sea . The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Free wifi Internet in all areas. Internet smart TV and Netflix (free). The place with sorroundings fulfills all the conditions for a relaxed but also exciting holiday! A car is necessary! The space The house has been completely renovated according to traditional Greek- Macedonian architecture. It consists mainly of wood and stone. On the ground floor is the living room (60m²) with open kitchen and dining area and a WC. The terrace is about 20m² large, roofed and has a nice seating corner with dining table for 6-8 persons. The 3 bedrooms ( on the first floor) are comfortable (13-15 m²) and are exclusively equipped. No air condition but fan ventillators in all rooms. The bathroom is about 8m² in size and has a shower. Towels, bedlinen, soap, shampoo and essential things for the beginning are available. An additional cleaning of the house during the stay can be offered if desired and costs 50 € extra. (Change of Bed linen and towels included). Guest access You have access to all the rooms of the house.
