Our most popular Gite with with 2 bedrooms and inviting pool and garden views from the terrace. Terrace area has dining table, barbecue and outdoor sofa and chairs with a large parasol for a shady retreat. Fast WiFi, free parking and a gentle 5 minute stroll into a small bustling market town make this great choice for a get away from it all break. The space The ground floor has an open plan living/kitchen area fully equipped with everything you need to kickstart your holiday with us, including oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. There is also the added convenience of a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom with washbasin shower and toilet.The second bedroom sleeps three with a bunk bed and single bed. Towels , pool towels and bedding are supplied and included in the total cost. Outside, to the front of the Gite is a seating area facing across the lawn to the swimming pool with dining table , outdoor sofa and chairs ,barbecue and large parasol for relaxed alfresco dining. The enclosed large pool (12m x 6m ) is located opposite the gite at the rear of the property and is shared with our other gite. There are plentiful parasols and sun beds , poolside wifi and a small decked area for shady seating. Beyond the pool is an acre of lawn with a pétanque court and seating alongside for a relaxing game. Also located in the garden is a well stocked outdoor games box including croquet, badminton, skittles and table tennis. To the front of the garden is a fully fenced enclosed garden with a children’s swing and slide , and a fresh herb garden . Guest access The large garden at the rear of the property is the perfect place for a picnic or game of pétanque Other things to note Although located walking distance from the town, La Tannerie (owners house) and gites are peaceful and secluded.
