Charming two-room apartment with garden.

"CorteLeRose": Very nice and bright two-room apartment on the ground floor of a small renovated farmhouse, close to the city center. The living room with kitchenette has two French doors overlooking the two private gardens making the place bright. The kitchen is equipped and has the minimum for cooking (oil, salt, sugar). The surface is not spacious, but the well-kept and bespoke furniture offers all amenities in an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. Free parking on the street. Free Wi-Fi. The space The apartment is located in the courtyard of a farmhouse that in the early 1900s was outside the city, on the "Rose" road that led to the Mella river. Today it's incorporated into the city, but it's a small oasis of greenery. The context, consisting of a dozen apartments, is quiet and safe. In the garden you can have lunch (possibly protected by the awning). Outside the courtyard there is a non-paid public parking lot available. There is no air conditioning, but the wide stone walls of the farmhouse make the summer apartment bearable. There's a fan. The bidet is with an outdoor shower. The tourist tax in the municipality of Brescia is €3.5 per day per person, for the first 5 days, then €1.75 for a maximum of 72 days in total, TO BE PAID ON SITE Guest access Entire apartment and garden. Other things to note I am a "Tourist Rental" I will have you sign a contract for the nights you will stay and I cannot offer breakfast or anything else. The accommodation is equipped with bed linen, bathroom and kitchen and is equipped with microwave, iron, and hair dryer. You will also have tea, coffee, and condiments available for the first moments. Tourist material about the city and the province is available. There's a part of my heart in this house. Treat it as if it were yours, with love and respect. As you can see, there are no additional cleaning fees because I take care of it myself.
