Walking distance to Green Mountain with hiking and mountain biking trails. NOTE: We do not recommend our home for young children, pets, those with allergies/fear of dogs/cats. If your stay is to party, drink etc. we ask that you stay at another place, we live in a quiet residential neighborhood. Comfortable private room for two with queen size bed, full closet and chest of drawers. Your room has a ceiling fan and your own a/c unit. The guest bath is right outside your bedroom and includes hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towel and wash cloths provided. We have another room listed, so you will share the guest bathroom with other guests. If you are staying with us for a concert at Red Rocks we also provide two camping chairs and a cooler in case you tail gate prior to the show. We also provide blankets and ponchos if needed depending on the weather for the show. Front door access via keypad lock. You have access to the top floor living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom and 1/2 bathroom downstairs, washer/dryer and back porch. The off-limit areas include the master bedroom, bottom floor living room, office, garage and basement. We will do our best to answer your questions about the surrounding area so please ask! We also provide tourist pamphlets and information about Denver and the surrounding areas in your room. We work from home, so we are available most of the day in case you need anything. Only 10 min away from the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheater. Hiking, running, mountain biking and vehicle free road bike trails short distance from the house. Some good local restaurants close by, otherwise quick 20 min drive to downtown Denver for more food options. Grocery stores less than one mile. 50 minutes from Loveland ski area, located 5 mins from I-70 corridor. All the pleasures of the city without all the commotion. Parking is available if you have a vehicle, we live on a quiet, safe cul-da-sac. Denver International Airport is about 45 min drive. Closest bus stop is a 5 minute walk (on Alameda Parkway) or the Light Rail Station is 2.5 miles away. Depending on our schedule, we might be able to give you a ride to the light rail. Uber and Lyft are easy to catch from our house. Check in time is any time after 3:00pm MOUNTAIN time and check out time is at 10:00am MOUNTAIN time. We have two dogs, one cat (we might have other dogs that we are pup sitting). We work from and live in the home that you will be staying at and get up early. There is no smoking of any kind inside the house, your room or the front yard, however you are welcome to smoke on the back patio. Only two guests per reservation per room, sorry no exceptions. If you have anyone over that is not on the original reservation you will be asked to leave. Please be courteous of our other guests and our neighbors. After 9pm, please be respectful and quiet both outside and inside the house.
