We will give you a warm and simple welcome to our cottage, an entire property housed in an old Poitou farmhouse. From our place, you will be only 25 minutes from Futuroscope and the A10, 30 minutes from Poitiers, 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, etc. From our home, you will be able to take day trips to many different places. After a great day of activities, the large, enclosed garden will be at your disposal for you to relax, and the children can play there in complete peace. The space Our cottage is classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation, in the heart of Poitou, and is a 3-épis Gîte de France. This is an independent accommodation, spacious and very well equipped. Ideal for stays alone, with family, or with friends in a pleasant and relaxing setting close to nature. Guests have access to: - Two bedrooms, one large bedroom with a bed for two people (possibility to put a crib) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200). - A kitchen/living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, washing machine, clothesline, terrace, garden, garden furniture, courtyard for parking vehicles, large enclosed property. We live next door and are available if needed. Guest access Access is quick from the national road and the A10 highway. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee.
