I am close to Port Chalmers with views towards the Port which offers beaches, walks, art and culture, restaurants, pubs and parks. The house is close to the bus stop into Dunedin City 10 km away. On the way to the City you pass the Forsyth Barr Stadium and the University. My home is an early 1900's ex railway cottage that now has all the modern conveniences including an HRV system and double glazing so it is warm and dry. Price is for 2 people. Guests can use WiFi, the kitchen, laundry etc. The space There is a double room with hotel quality queen bed plus a single bed room with a King Single bed. These rooms are private with shared bathrooms (2), kitchen, lounge, laundry etc. There is off street parking. Guest access You are able to access the whole of my house except my bedroom. During your stay You will be in my home staying with me. I am an experienced host having previously owned and operated a country hotel. I want you to enjoy yourself and feel like you are living at your home. Other things to note I can provide you transport and guided tours by arrangement. Continental breakfast is included in the room rate and by arrangement I can provide you with cooked meals.
