Large studio room close to EMA and Donington Park

Welcome to my bright and airy studio with ensuite, kitchenette and small living space, within walking distance of East Midlands airport and close to Donington Park. Perfect for holidaymakers and airline staff, you'll have a separate entrance and off-road parking. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. Buses run regularly from the airport linking Loughborough, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. Local ales and pub grub available a few minutes down the road. The space This is a large self-contained studio room on the first floor of my cottage. Entrance involves a short walk through the garden along a slightly higgledy path, through a side door to the house and up one flight of stairs. The side entrance is occasionally used by us but allows you to reach your room without having to walk through the main living spaces of our home. We also have a small dog on the property :) The room comprises a double bed with ensuite shower room and a small living space with dining table/desk and chairs, fitted wardrobe with full length mirror and a TV. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, sink, kettle and toaster plus crockery, cutlery and other kitchen essentials. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper are complementary. Fresh bedding and towels are provided. You're also welcome to use the washer and air dryer in the main part of the house. There is private parking on our drive for our cars plus 2. Please let me know if you'd like to leave your car here (at your own risk) while you holiday, for which there would be a small fee. I'm also happy to pick-up and drop-off at the airport, if arranged in advance. Since you would be sharing our family home, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum during the evenings and mornings, as some of us have early starts.
