Extra mattress will be provided if reqd The space It is newly built home situated at PRIME LOCATION of Mansarovar, Jaipur. Please note - ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR is for rental and we stay on the ground floor. You will have a SEPARATE ENTRY to the first floor which has its own kitchen, 2 balconies, terrace and 3 bedrooms with attached closet & bathrooms. -We are GOVERNMENT RECOGNISED Homestay. As per government regulations, we do require IDs from each and every guest. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding this. *Covid-19 Safety guidelines* - 1. We will try to make your check in and check out as much contactless as possible. 2. We would highly suggest to use face masks if there is a need to interact with us. 3. Entire premise will be sanitized with Sodium Hydrochlorite solution before check in and after check out of the guests. 4. Hand sanitizer will be available to the guests at the entry/exit of the floor. 5. Towels, bed sheets, pillow cover and napkins would be changed after each check out and washed with hot water(This was done previously also). Guest access Entire first floor is for rental and we stay on the ground floor. You will have an independent entry to first floor which has its own kitchen, 2 balconies, terrace and 3 bedrooms with attached closet & bathrooms. Parking, TV in master bedroom for now, terrace,balcony, wifi and kitchen(refrigerator, microwave, toaster, induction cooker, utensils) Other things to note 1.Please keep the house and kitchen clean. Treat this place as your own house. 2. Whenever you are not using electricity, please switch off the lights and AC. Save electricity. 3. There might be random electricity cut by Government. We do have inverter which will provide light and fan. 4. Place is not suitable for functions like mehendi and sangeet. 5. Extra guests are not allowed on the property without prior permission. 6. We do require guests valid ID proof for government authorities during check in. This is as per government regulations and documentations can be provided if required for validation. *Kitchen Rules*: 1. Cooking non-vegetarian food is not allowed. 2. LPG gas can be provided on request (on additional charges). 3. If you are using utensils, please clean them right away (cleaning fee is to wash the bedsheets, pillow covers and entire house before and after the guest). 4. You may also ask help for daily cleaning (on additional charges). for longer stays, cleaning will be provided. Thank you.
