In the evening take a stroll into one of the many restaurants & Tabernas in the town. Or spend the evening by the pool with a BBQ & admire the star-filled night sky. The perfect place to explore the Alpujarras The space The Casa is light and airy and has original art work in every room. With a large roof terrace where you can sit and dine whist looking over the Sierra Nevada and Sierra Lujar mountain ranges and watch the sun set between the two. There are three further outdoor dining areas depending on where you would like to sit, shade, partial shade or full sun. There is a flat screen TV with over 30 British TV channels and a DVD library in the lounge/dining room, should you fancy a night in. There is also a wood burning stove for those cooler winter nights. The Gardens are on two levels with plenty of trees and plants on both. There is an 11 metre pool on the lower terrace and a raised gazebo for those shaded drinks or lunches. In the upper garden there is parking for three cars, a lawn, olive, orange, lemon, pomegranate, apple and peach trees and a table tennis table. Other games such as giant Jenga & croquet are available on request. Inside there is a good size kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, orange juicer, fridge freezer and all the crockery and cookware needed for 6 people. There is also a cot should one be needed. The bathroom features a large shower, toilet and hand basin with cupboards and shelves. We are trying to minimise our carbon foot print and are installing solar hot water in the near future.
