I rent this farmhouse adjoining our main house, completely renovated with taste. It has all the necessary amenities. You can also enjoy a pool table and a projection room with video projector and 7.1 home cinema OPTIONAL: relaxation room with SPA & Sauna for private use (€50/stay*) Entry is through the backyard and common area. Then, the spaces remain private for everyone The surroundings offer beautiful things to discover according to your interests The space Spiral stairs to access the upper floor (living room and bedroom). 200 x 160 bedding and sofa bed in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave, etc. OPTIONAL: A space dedicated to wellness including SPA / Sauna / Fitness treadmill for private and unlimited use (and access) during your stay (additional option of €50/stay*) Parking spaces for vehicles are outside, in the immediate vicinity of the house and free of charge. Bed and bath linen: We provide bed linen for double bed of 160 cm + bath linen. Rental linen on request for the sofa bed at an additional cost (+ €20/person, including bed linen + pillow + duvet). End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out by the tenant(s) before your departure. (€55) On the agenda: Take your quarters from 3:30 p.m. on arrival, and have a (very) late morning by freeing up the Caprice for 3:30 p.m. on the day of departure. Subject to availability, to be ordered from us Guest access Access to the entire home. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. However, we specify that we have a cat to which access to the cottage is prohibited but you can see it in the garden or in front of the bay windows. We have a cat. Although access to the cottage is forbidden, she may try to coax you during your stay to enter. Don't hesitate to be firm ;) she's used to it and won't hold it against you! For your information, she's a female, her name is Neko and she's very nice. We also have 2 chickens in a fenced chicken coop at the bottom of the garden: Bat & Huppette :) No smoking in the entire accommodation.
