Other things to note - Regarding your stay - As we are located in a quiet residential area, we want you to experience the authentic villa life of Karuizawa. To maintain a high-quality space, we have established usage rules. Please be sure to read them before your visit and cooperate in abiding by the usage rules during your stay. -OPTIONS- · A barbecue set (table, grill, chairs, tongs, etc.) is provided free of charge. · Charcoal and ingredients (condiments) are not provided, so please bring your own. *Charcoal is available at the facility for an additional fee. Please request it in advance. -Capacity- Our standard occupancy (adults) is set at six. In addition, the Peony Building has a maximum occupancy of ten (adults and elementary school students combined), and children under elementary school age are not included in the standard occupancy. (Elementary school students and younger are essentially free, so it's a great deal!) (Middle school students and older will be counted toward the standard occupancy.) Please understand that we have limited the number of adults who can comfortably stay in each building to six. In addition, for the Peony and Purple Bark Buildings, if you would like to stay in a group or with more than the standard occupancy (adults) of six, please contact us directly. For safety reasons, we will contact you directly for details. (Please note that an additional accommodation fee will be charged for groups of seven or more adults.)
