An open plan living domain houses a light-filled lounge room with flat screen TV and DVD player that seamlessly flows into a designated dining space and ultra-modern kitchen. A stylish bathroom, internal laundry and double carport complete the house, and all linen is provided for the duration of your stay.  Built by Eco housing with a 10-star energy rating, The Boardwalk also has 100mm foam installation throughout the walls, floor, and roof keeping it beautifully cool in summer and cosy in the winter months.
