Cosy studio with easy access to Wgtn and the Hutt

A perfect spot for a Wellington or Lower Hutt stay. Your own living space with fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Private access, parking right beside the studio, no steps. A quiet sunny spot with a deck and BBQ with stunning views. Tea and fresh coffee provided. Ten minutes to Wellington CBD by car or train, or a 10 walk to Petone with cafés/restaurants, supermarkets and shops. 10kms to Cook Strait ferry. The space This space has been used by international travelers, people coming to work in Wellington, by couples visiting friends, by family groups exploring New Zealand, sisters coming to Wellington for shopping etc. It is a space that can work for anyone. Our Wi-Fi is unlimited broadband and we have Chromecast on the monitor in the studio so you can watch on-line on the big screen. There are cooking facilities if you feel inclined. You will have your own access so can come and go whenever you feel like it. The shared laundry is adjoined to your kitchenette. Take your breakfast out on to the deck to look out over the harbour, pop some sausages on the BBQ for dinner. Freshly ground coffee is there to get your day started. There will be milk in the fridge for you. Guest access The section is drive-on, and your park is right outside the studio. There are no steps. You will have your own space to relax. There is a room with a queen bed and a couch which will open into a queen bed if more than two people are staying. As the room is not huge, when both beds are set up the room is cosy. See the photos to see what it looks like. There is a separate kitchen and bathroom. It's all yours to use. You are welcome to use the garden area and the BBQ. You share these with us. The spa is close to our house but we are very used to having guests in it and will ensure you have privacy. We have a little meditation hut in the bush. Enjoy the views from both.
