The living, dining and kitchen is open plan with entry french doors and access to the private deck. Pool access for guests use only. Easy access to Fleurieu Peninsula, Barossa and the City all under an hour away. Guest access The Pool House is within the pool enclosed area. It is a self contained with a private deck. Parking is beside the Pool House at the top of the driveway. Other things to note Please note, the pool is solar heated between November and April. We also have solar power and UV filtered rainwater for sustainability. Only booking guests allowed on the property with no additional visitors and strictly no noise after 10pm.
