All the windows have shutters so you can let the air in but keep the sun out. The house faces east-west and stays cool on this floor even on hot days. 2nd floor: Terrace facing west with great sunrises over the sea, lounge with sofas, sunbed 140 x 180 Terrace facing east with dining area and BBQ, awning; on windy days, you can sit here protected from the wind. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, etc. Dining area (extendable) for up to 6 people 2nd floor: Bedroom 1: approx. 14 m², double bed 160 x 200, small work area.
