The space Romantic and adventurous houseboat LUNA with a terrace, balcony and an area of 20m², located on the river Vltava near a street Strakonická, Prague 5. Luna is small fragile houseboat which is suitable for people with max 100 kg weight. The boat is 5-7 min away from a metro station "Smíchovské nádraží". All civic amenities in the neighborhood (playgrounds for kids, McDonalds, pharmacy, post office, a big shopping center "Nový Smíchov", markets, atm, restaurants or caffés, parks, etc.). The whole ground floor has HEATED FLOOR. We provide one parking stand 40 (parking place with paking next to the wall or 100 metres from the houseboat (big parking spot with the barrier which is usually open). All our houseboats are heated so it is comfortable to stay there even in winter season. We provide bedlinen, towels and basic toileteries for free. The water is drinkable in all houseboats. ■The terrace is safe to use for only 5 people or less.■ Please, be respectful to your neighbors, this place is not for party and loud music or voices. ■We can accommodate only adults and children min 12 years old.
