Beautifully decorated studio with separate entrance in historic Waialua. You will instantly feel welcome. Highlights: our dogs, amazing outdoor shower, our aloha. 5 min drive will land you at any number of perfect beaches. Quaint Haleiwa is 5 minutes away. Fridge upon arrival will have 2 ice cold local beers, 2 carafes of ice cold water, and 2 cans of local juices. Pantry will have cereal, peanut butter, honey and other snacks. Take a moment to read through our reviews. We're the real deal! *Studio attached to our main home. *Separate entrance. *Brand new appliances-stove/fridge *Queen tempurpedic bed. *Super clean! *always open to trade or barter. i.e.-a massage, gift cards to stores or restaurants, something cool for the studio, etc. Just ask! Message for prices on extras such as hand strewn leis, wine, tropical flowers or champagne for special occasions. PLEASE NOTE: Pets. YOU MUST, MUST LOVE ANIMALS(sorry for all caps but we've had people book that are afraid of cats and dogs or allergic and then make it my problem because they didn't read the description). We have 2 dogs 2 BIG pit bullS as well as a cat. They are all loving and so friendly, but very much a big part of our household. Also this is the country. Roosters abound. Again roosters all over the north Shore so we have a ton of earplugs for you. Breakfast is not provided but you are welcome to any snacks, coffee, tea etc in the pantry Our home is your home. Whatever we have, we'll share with you-beach gear, bikes, just ask. No extra cost. Just sharing our bounty. We love socializing. It's a charming country neighborhood. The last town on this island that still embodies "old Hawaii". When you turn down our road, you'll see beautiful Mt. Ka'ala, the highest peak on Oahu. You'll hear roosters crowing and geckos chirping. There are ear plugs provided for mornings. You will smell fragrant, tropical flowers. Most of the people in this area have lived here for decades. I can truthfully say that every day I thank my lucky stars that I can live here. Nearby gems : Our home is your home Sky diving 4.5 miles away Polo in the summer 3.5 miles away Haleiwa town 4 miles away. Sugar mill 0.8 miles Haleiwa beach park 4.2 miles Waialua beach park 4.2 miles Whale watching tours and shark encounters 4 miles. Airport 25 miles. Waikiki and Honolulu 1 hour drive Nearest bus stop .6 miles away. No taxis or trains. A car is HIGHLY recommended My husband and I live in the attached home. We are not loud people, but you might hear us cooking dinner or washing dishes. We will NOT be up all night partying or being loud, but we will be on the other side of the studio. We have a guest room in the main house that we also rent out through airbnb. We love our animals. We have 2 LARGE pitbulls (who sleep inside at night), an outside cat and 1 indoor cat. They're all friendly. If you have allergies or are afraid of animals or are noise sensitive please consider booking elsewhere, as they are a part of our family and very much present.
