Only the booked rooms will be open and prepared. INFANTS (under 2yrs) stay for free in Airbnb properties however beds and bedding aren’t provided unless infants are booked as a child. If you’re not travelling with a cot, we can arrange one for you. NOTE: If your infant sleeps in a bed, please book as a child HEATING - Heat pump system is situated in the kitchen in the centre of the home. During winter the heating is controlled by thermostat If there are any breakages or stains (e.g. carpet, floor mats, sofa, bed linen) please let us know immediately so we’re able to attend to stains or replace damaged items EXTRA CLEANING Guests are required to leave our home clean and tidy. In the unlikely event guests don’t leave our home tidy, a cleaning surcharge of $50 per hour will be charged to cover extra cleaning requirements. If necessary any intensive cleaning eg. carpet/upholstery and linen stains will be charged VEHICLES Property is unsuitable for trucks, motor homes/camper-vans. If this is your transportation your vehicle needs to be parked on the street (free parking). The heavy weight of large vehicles is unsuitable to be driven on our sealed yard area and there isn’t enough area to turn inside the yard. Please do not park any vehicles on our lawn including trailers EV Charging: Unfortunately there isn’t a power source available in or near the carport. Early access and late checkout are often possible if requests are communicated at least 24hrs before arrival. This enables our Housekeeper to engage extra cleaning assistance. When extensions are confirmed there will be the surcharge of $39 per hour added to bookings
