Granny annexe flat recently refurbished and redecorated, with private rear entrance and front property parking space. It is a compact flat with a double bedroom furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and TV; the day-room area has a small sofa, a glass bistro table with two chairs and a kitchenette angle with everything necessary to warm up/prepare a quick meal, small fridge/freezer, washing machine; full shower room. Free Wi-Fi and access to rear garden. The space The granny annexe contains a compact one bed flat which has all the commodities needed for a short/medium period. The flat has a private entrance from the rear garden, reachable through the side pathway; one off street parking place, on the driveway, in front of the annexe, is allocated to the guests for their staying period. The access to the rear garden is permitted (shared with the owners) and storage space for bikes can be provided if needed. Guest access The flat's entrance door is located in the back of the property.There is a side path which leads to the rear garden and the flat entrance is right after the corner. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE The enhanced cleaning and sanitation implemented during the Covid19 period will be kept in place in this flat even if the official guvernamental restrictions have been lifted. In order to enable the host to maintain the high standard of cleaning and comfort the guests are kindly asked not consume food/beverages while in bed/on the sofa to avoid staining and leave the flat tidy and clean. The smoking, drugs, excessive alcohol usage are prohibited, as well as the use of the flat for any illegal activity. The only people authorised to stay in the flat are the ones who booked the flat and provided their ID information on the Airbnb portal at the booking moment. Parties are not allowed and all the guests should respect the owners and neighbors privacy & property.
