The Riverside Ranch Tiny House - ideally located between Bryce & Zion National Parks on 16-acres of The Riverside Ranch in Hatch, Utah. Conveniently located off Scenic Hwy 89. Ideal for day excursions to Bryce (25min) & Zion (50min). Come home after exploring to a rustic yet satisfyingly comfortable space complete with stunning views, amenities to fully relax (cook, TV, read, relax, wifi, bbq, small patio) or focus with dedicated work spaces. The Tiny House is the ultimate road trip getaway! The space A great alternative to camping & motel rooms. The Tiny House offers 288 square feet - small living room space/lounge area, Samsung Smart TV, kitchenette complete with necessities to cook your own meals. Full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, BBQ, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, hot plate. There is a private bathroom with sink, shower & toiletries. At the end of the unit there is a bedroom with room for your belongings that comfortably sleeps 2. The bed was custom made 1 inch shorter than a standard Queen. The Front room has a couch that folds out to sleep one. There is a coin op laundry on site as well that is shared with our motel & RV guests. You have a private patio complete with BBQ and market lights with comfortable adirondack chairs to admire the stunning view! Guest access Our 16 acre property features a private tiny house along with 12 motel rooms & 24- RV spaces. The tiny house sits next to a building with 6 motel rooms & shared parking area and is generally quiet. Guests will have private access to the tiny house and the entire 16 acre property for walking or fishing on the Sevier River. There is also a community fire pit with wood available. The house provides a private BBQ grill, charcoal and and skewers for roasting marshmallows. There is ice available for purchase. There is an onsite manager in the Lobby if you have any questions or guidance for day hikes and restaurants. We welcome you as our guests and try to be as accommodating as possible. We are always open for recommendations and comments/suggestions and strive to offer our guests a wonderful experience under the starry skies of rural Utah. Other things to note Keep in mind: Southern Utah is a remote RURAL area and restaurants are very seasonal and limited especially on Sundays which makes the opportunity to cook in the tiny house ideal. Also, Wifi rarely spotty but can be which is true for the entire rural valley area. You will have access to more information & maps in the motel lobby.
