The private Villa Gello in Certaldo with its private swimming pool, private garden 800m2 and BBQ, is set on top of the hill with uninterrupted views of vineyards and olive groves, situated in the heart of Tuscany. Perfect place for visiting Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Pisa and many more sites. My toscanavillarental is a lovely place for the independent traveler. Is in Tuscan rustic style with French doors opening up into the garden. The property has 2 floors. The space The large open plan kitchen /living room on the ground floor is fully fitted. A large sofa welcomes you to relax, there is a 47’inch 3D television with 3D DVD player, CD player and radio, and a good collection of DVD’s and CD’s at your disposal. The main bedroom has a large (180cm) double bed has also a double wardrobe and drawers. The 2nd bedroom is smaller, with 2 single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet on the first floor and toilet with washbasin on the ground floor. All rooms in the property has spectacular panoramic views over the country side. The whole house is equiped with air conditioning. Guest access While this is a private villa all is accesible as previously stated with private acces to the swimmingpool, garden, BBq, 2 parking places, all for your use only. Other things to note Please note, not included in the rental is: 1 there an obligatory tourist tax for local government to payof 2€ pp pro day, with a maximum of 6 days, meaning a stay of 7 or 14 days & more you pay only 12€ pp. Children under 14 don't pay. 2 there is aircon in all the rooms but there is a charge when using of 120€ a week & 10 days for 14 days 150€.
