The space The Boutique Home is situated on the FF of our three floor newly built property spread over 1000 sqm. The bedrooms are generous in size and are furnished with fine hand-crafted wooden furniture polished to perfection. Every space & furnishing has a story, full of passion behind it; be it the genuine leather sofas from Stanley or beds/tables/bookshelf made out of eco-cycled wood. The lounge with its large sofa and handcrafted aristocratic furniture is a delight for all. Comfortable mattresses, fresh & crisp premium bed/bath linen welcome you to a very hygienic stay. The modular kitchen is equipped with Microwave, Electric Kettle, Sandwich maker & toaster, Gas stove, Glasses and essential utensils including a pressure cooker and almost all kind of pans. We are fastidious about cleanliness, hygiene and impeccable maintenance of our property. The three balconies/ patio are huge and opens up to the morning sun in the east, Malsi Reserve Forest in the west and the Doon Valley in the south. Helicopter Pilgrimage to Badri-Kedar or the Chardham: We provide integrated package of pickup from IGI International Airport at Delhi or Jolly Grant Airport, transfer to Homestay, Homely food for dinner, drop at Helipad at Sahastradhara road, assured helicopter ticketing and return to the airport on completion of the trip. The Boutique Home is an amazingly beautiful home with absolute privacy for guests and their private space. Our home-stay is ideally suited for a group of about 04 guests but an additional one may be provided for as per the terms and conditions specific to additional guests. 3. Use of Lizol or any other cleaner is strictly prohibited inside the homestay. The chemicals destroy the marble flooring. Penalty INR 5000.
