Welcome to our little slice of paradise! We're sure you'll feel right at home in this cheerful and sunny studio that includes everything you need for a spectacular beach get-away! The comfortable, fourth floor, oceanfront, condotel features an amazing view from the balcony, directly facing the Atlantic ocean and overlooking the pool deck; popular on-site amenities, and easy access to all the best east coast and central Florida have to offer! This direct beachfront resort unit is a comfortable 400 sq. ft., studio-style condotel. It features a spectacular ocean view from the east facing windows and balcony, directly overlooking the beach and pool deck. You can watch the sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, and enjoy ocean breezes while listening to the waves crash at the shore. The semi-private balcony is separated from the neighboring balconies by a deck railing. It offers a queen size Murphy bed with a brand new mattress that can be closed to provide more floor space; a double size sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people; a kitchenette; and private bath with full bathtub. Beach essentials (large beach towels, chairs and toys) are provided to help make your packing a breeze! The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 burner stove-top, small refrigerator (7.3 cu ft), microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker and coffee supplies, cookware and dinnerware. The private bath features a shower with good water pressure and a full size bathtub. Toiletries and linens are provided (shampoo, conditioner, body and face soaps, body lotion, deodorant, mouthwash). In room amenities include a 43" UHD tv with basic cable and basic Amazon Prime video, and wifi. Located inside an older, well maintained building that offers a variety of popular amenities including a pool with waterfall, fitness room, game room. See "Guest Access" section for more details. The work is expected to be completed in March, however, this project is weather dependent and could take longer. There may be some noise associated with the work. * Some neighboring unit or building renovations may cause noise/other disturbances. Working hours (when it occurs) are M - F, 8:30AM - 5PM. This well maintained, older building offers a variety of popular amenities. The pool deck features a heated pool with chaise lounge chairs, tables with sun umbrellas, and charcoal grills. The pool and hot tub are handicap accessible via lift chairs. The resort also offers an exercise room, a game room, a business center, ice machine and ATM machine in the lobby, and coin or credit card operated laundry machines on each floor. Security cameras are located in all common areas of the resort. Parking on-site is subject to availability. ONE parking pass provided per reservation. Additional cars can find a pay lot across the street. Trailer parking is not permitted in either of the resort lots. * Amenities may be closed at times for repairs or maintenance. Management always works as quickly as possible to reopen amenities with minimal down time. Work to individual units, or building maintenance may sometimes cause noise disturbances. Working hours are M - F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with the exception of emergencies that may occur outside of these hours). ** Roof replacement is scheduled to begin Sept 25, 2023. The work is expected to be completed in March, however this project is weather dependent and may take longer. There may be some noise associated with the work. It is a metal roof so noise would consist of drills and voices, not hammering nails. I am not on-site but close enough to provide assistance if needed. Daytona is a popular beach and vacation destination. If you're here for one of the many special events, you can expect it to be busy, exciting, and sometimes noisy. Spring (March, April, May) is party season in Daytona. Summer (June, July, August) and winter (December, January, February) bring a lot of vacationing families to the area for fun in the sun. Nearby attractions: Walk to: dining, 7-Eleven, souvenir and surf shops, banks, the Boardwalk, Daytona Bandshell which offers free concerts and fireworks every weekend during the summer months. 5 -15 min drive to: grocery stores, Daytona International Speedway, Beach St, Main St, golfing, Daytona Lagoon, outlet malls, and much more. 1 Hr drive to: Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios, International Drive, Kennedy Space Center, and many other attractions. Airports: Daytona: 12 miles, Sanford-Orlando: 38 miles, Orlando MCO: 75 miles. A car is recommended, but you'll find bus service, as well as taxis, Lyft and Uber. Parking: First come, first served, free on-site parking and an overflow lot across the street. A permit (provided) is required. *ONE parking permit will be issued per reservation. There is no daily maid service. Animals, including ESAs, are not permitted at the resort or in the condo unit. Resort management strictly enforces the no animal rule. Strict no smoking or vaping of any products within the condo unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Smoking inside the condo will result in loss of security deposit. There is a $75 replacement change for lost amenity keys. Please note that the moderate cancellation policy will be adhered to. It is recommended that guests check the travel insurance provided by their credit card or purchase travel insurance through Airbnb (offered in the reservation process). Building renovations/improvements, when they occur, may cause noise/other disturbances. Working hours are M - F, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. * Roof repair may cause some noise.
