A discount will be given for anyone booking these dates. Mahalo! This 2 story unit, with a one car detached garage, is thoughtfully designed and decorated with family and flow in mind. You enter the townhome and are greeted with wall to ceiling picture windows, bringing in tons of natural light. A large gourmet kitchen stocked with absolutely everything you could want and need to prepare a feast for your loved ones. The kitchen, living and dining room, full bathroom and bedroom with two twins (can also be made a king, upon request) are all located on the ground floor. The lanai off the living room has seating for 6 and a built in BBQ with a sweet little side yard for the kids to enjoy while cooking dinner and enjoying the sunset hour. Upstairs you will find the second guest bedroom (Queen Bed) with a full private bathroom. A loft sitting area with a desk, printer and a pull out sofa.The master bedroom (KIng bed) is large and spacious. The bathroom boasts a soaking tub, walk in shower and a double vanity sink. The private lanai off the master has a nice sitting area to also enjoy the morning or sunset views. This unit overlooks the Historical Preservation area and is quiet and private. When visiting the pool which is directly across the road, you feel like you are in your own tropical oasis. The grounds are beautifully kept with flowers and greenery surrounding, the colors are stunning all year round. Mauna Lani is perfect for biking (Contact Bike Works at the Queen Shops for bike rentals #808-886-5000). The Mauna Lani fitness center is just across from the entrance of Palm Villas. Unfortunately, they have changed their passes to monthly memberships only. But they do offer a full gym, tennis courts and a lap pool. The Shops at Mauna Lani is located in the heart of Mauna Lani Resort and offers a variety of shops, gourmet grocery stores and some great restaurants. You will have full access to the entire unit during your visit. Your on-island host, Noelani, is available via cell phone 24/7 should you have any questions during your stay. There is a pathway right next to the Palm Villas with wide sidewalks that lead you to the petroglyphs, alchaline ponds and eventually to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. It's about a 15 min walk. Mauna Lani famed North and South Golf Course is just minutes away. Mauna Lani Auberge Resort offers a lovely Spa and the famed Canoe House. Reservations on OpenTable are highly recommended. Fairmont Orchid hotel also has Browns Beach House and their own Spa Without Walls as well. Reservations are also recommended. We suggest a rental vehicle. Although the Mauna Lani area allows golf carts or Gem cars to be driven on the road way within the resort. Bikes are always super fun too!!
