Garden cottage

Located in picturesque Samford Valley just 10 minutes west of Samford Village, Garden Cottage could be your ideal escape. Retreat to the cottage and gardens to enjoy the peaceful surrounds and abundant bird life. Venture out and enjoy Samford Village cafes and shops or the many nearby attractions. Very close to Samford Showgrounds (walking distance). 15 minutes to Mt Glorious 25 minutes to Dayborough. Use of saltwater pool by request. The space The cottage is located on a 1.4 acre property and is entirely separate from the family home also located on the property. Gardens between the cottage and house ensure your privacy. The cottage has two bedrooms and a large open plan living area containing a lounge and dining area, as well as a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric frypan, induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, Nespresso pod machine and sink. Please note the kitchenette does NOT have an oven. There is a leather couch, TV and 6 seater dining table in the living area. We offer free wifi and Netflix. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. We use hotel quality bed linen and towels which are professionally laundered. Please note the cottage is on tank water; there is a filter tap at the kitchen sink for drinking water. Guest access The house and cottage share a common lawn area. There are children and pets on the property, including two friendly dogs. While every effort will be made to respect your privacy during your stay, the outside garden is a shared space.
