Your 2nd home in Gingoog City. I have a 3 storey house and I would like to rent out the 2nd and 3rd floor, I give my guest the privacy and space that they need. When they need some help they can always ask and I'll be happy to help them. We provide the things that our you need to make sure that you are comfortable with your stay. The space We are renting the 2nd and 3rd floor of our house, both floors have 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, living area, cabled T.V, WIFI, terrace, hot & cold shower. We also provide cooking utensils, stove, microwave oven, so that you can cook the food that you like. You can basically think of it as your 2nd home. Guest access Our guest will using staying in the entire floor and can use all amenities that are available in floor Other things to note The number of guests occupying the unit shall be the number of people booked and paid for. Violation forfeits the entire booking and payment.
