The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - AC, WiFi, oil heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms are equipped with a double bed. - 2 rooms have an attached balcony offering a mountain view. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 powder room on the ground floor. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and a big mirror. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms - both on the ground floor. - Both living rooms offer comfortable seating space for up to 10 guests. - Both living rooms offer an AC, heater, TV and WiFi access. Kindly note, the TVs are not equipped with a set-up box. - The dining area is separate from the living room. It offers comfortable seating for up to 8 guests. - There is a 600 sq. ft lawn with seating space for up to 12 people. - The lawn area is adorned with flowers, trees and small plants, overlooking a picturesque mountain view. - There is a terrace over level 1. Chairs can be provided here upon request. - There is another common sit-out just outside the living room. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, electric kettle and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed. LAWN - There is a 600 sq. ft lawn with seating space for up to 12 people. - The lawn area is adorned with flowers, trees and small plants, overlooking a picturesque mountain view. - Yoga sessions can be conducted in the lawn at an additional charge. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 700 for adult and Rs. 500 for children, per meal, per day. - The caretaker prepares Indian vegetarian meals. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa, except the kitchen. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can borrow books from the in-house library and enjoy a peaceful read with a view. A barbeque grill and bonfire can also be arranged upon request. The lawn area can be used for conducting Yoga sessions, which is a popular request among guests. Guests can take a peaceful walk around the neighbourhood and embrace its beauty. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets with a security deposit of ₹5,000 and a service charge of ₹1,500 plus taxes for pet cleaning on the property. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. ADDITIONAL COSTS - A barbeque grill is available at Rs. 2000 per night. Guests are requested to kindly inform the caretaker prior to check-in. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per night. - The oil heaters can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per heater, per day. - Yoga sessions can be arranged at an additional charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Kindly note, the TVs are not equipped with a set-up box. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the living area. - In case of a power outage, a 800 KVA inverter can support lights, fans and mobile phone charging for up to 8 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. - Cellular networks work fairly well as well. - There are 5 bedrooms in the property, however, guests have access to 3 bedrooms. - All-male groups are not allowed.
