Authentic French village house with pool

Set in an idyllic french village, this stone two storied cottage is your next french escape. The true essence of France with a boulangerie walking distance, local bar and restaurant all within a stroll from the house. A guest favourite is relaxing in the rear garden with the gas bbq and a rose. A dip in the private pool allows enjoyment for everyone. Pool opening 20th May until September, please enquire. . The space The cottage is on 2 levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining and living area. There is a laundry and 2nd bathroom located via an outside door in close proximity to the kitchen exterior door. Within the kitchen area there is also a small stairwell to the old cellar. We can provide a stair gate should you be visiting with small children. The kitchen rear door accesses the garden with a bbq area and full outdoor dining and seating area. The above ground pool sits a little further down the garden and sun loungers are provided. The upstairs is a mezzanine area and has old beams to the ceiling with an open style space. There is a king bed and also a double bed. The second bedroom is off the stairwell and is closed off by a door, with the main bathroom also being accessed from the other side of the bedroom. The bathroom has 2 doors, one to each bedroom space. The upstairs bathroom combines a freestanding claw bath, shower box and an electric toilet. There are low ceilings throughout the house as expected in a traditional style house. Our guests are often house hunting in the area which allows a relaxing place to come and go from. With a lovely bnb in our village if you have extra guys just ask and we can help organise this. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house and gardens. Note the pool is only open during the summer months, generally June, July and August and September, weather dependent so please check. Other things to note Linen, towels and cooking facilities are all supplied. Firewood in winter is supplied by the guest, but initially there would be some available for your arrival.
