Beautiful accommodation in Taccarossa-La Punta on the Island of San Pietro. Located right on the sea, the house can comfortably accommodate a couple or a family with children. Equipped with every comfort to enjoy an ideal vacation in total relaxation. The space The house includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a kitchen island, a double bed positioned on a masonry loft and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, a pleasant and sheltered private veranda overlooking the sea lends itself to enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation. The outdoor space is furnished and equipped with a masonry barbecue and an outdoor shower. Guest access Guests can enjoy all the outdoor spaces made available by the house. Access to the house is via a driveway that connects to the car park inside a private garden (the parking lot may be shared with the tenants of a nearby accommodation). Access to the parking lot is via a driveway (see photo in the album) that may be narrow for very large cars; it is advisable to widen the entrance maneuver. Other things to note The house has several windows, including on the upper floor, so it is bright and is in a well-ventilated but sheltered location. You can use the air conditioning, taking care to turn it off when you are not at home.
