Cabin-Apt in the Forest & on the Deschutes River

Living room sofa, arm chair, Smart TV, Netflix, Prime; wifi, electric fireplace. Guests tend to dine out-- send me an inquiry for questions about the kitchenette; cook outside using a bbq; dining table; refrigerator, dishes; king bed, 3 twin beds, up to 5 guests, pak & play. DCCA #001569 The space The guest apartment is very private. One dog is allowed, no cats. Our location is close to Sunriver Village - 15 minutes - and if you're driving to Mt. Bachelor, you will avoid the Bend traffic as you travel the back road up to the mountain. Guests tend to dine out but send me an inquiry to see how you can utilize the kitchenette to make food. Guest access Guests have use of the entire downstairs apartment. There is a private patio with propane fire pit and barbecue plus sitting area overlooking the Deschutes River. Guests will self-check in using the keypad entry code. Other things to note Guests may bring one dog for a fee of $20 per night. Dog cannot be left in the apartment unattended and should be leashed when outside. NO CATS. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property both inside and out. Due to high fire risk, we ask that there be no smoking anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you probably would prefer a property with more flexibility. In an effort to conserve well water, we are not able to provide laundry services to guests. There are two laundromats within 15 minutes - one in La Pine and one in Sunriver
