A small new wooden house, with modern design, AC and heat + your own backyard. Privacy to enjoy a nice summer evening on the deck, in a swing or chasing your dog :). Very close to a hill where you can enjoy a walk in the forest, go to the observatory for a really nice view, do paragliding or mountain bike (enduro, downhill, cross country). It is also very close to Baile Felix, Baile 1 Mai, Oradea. The space The entire place it's at your disposal, including the courtyard. It's like your own house, in Baile 1 Mai :). Guest access Living room + kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, patio and courtyard. Other things to note Depending on my availability at that moment, I may be able to provide groceries or cooked food, upon request and against a fee. My husband is a mountain bike instructor, so he may be available for booking a ride at Crater, on some tracks made by him and the team he's part of. It's mostly enduro & cross-country. If weekend, we may be up for a day trip in the mountains - Padis / Arieseni / Stana de Vale / Suncuius / Vadu Crisului. Just ask if interested in any and please note that most of them would have a fee.
