Unwind in this cosy up-cycled hideaway and enjoy the simplicity of tiny home living, watching the squirrels in the trees over your morning coffee. Conveniently located for exploring the city of Cambridge, the property has free parking, its own small private garden, with a sauna and a fire pit. The space The 11.5 sqm tiny garden studio built at the back of the main house is very small and cosy but has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a kettle, microwave, a mini fridge and WiFi. Towels, soaps, bed linen, tea and coffee and crockery are all provided. Outside there is a sauna, a fire pit and a covered glamping style kitchen area with a camping gas oven, hob and some pots and pans and basic cooking utensils. Located 200 meters from the river and Midsummer common, it's 0.5 miles walk from grafton shopping area and 1 mile to drummer street central bus station and the city centre. The property has its own private access, self check-in, and free parking is available. A map showing the location of the free parking spaces is available if required. Guest access All areas mentioned are accesable to guests and are exclusively for their use during their stay. (i.e. will not be shared with anyone else) Other things to note Guests should be aware of the following points before booking: - The sides of the bed are not accessible so guests need to crawl on to the bed from the bottom. - It's made mainly from salvaged and repurposed materials and its imperfection is its charm, it's proudly rough round the edges and it's not trying to be a 5 star hotel.
