The apartment is a two-room apartment (48 sq.m.), accommodates up to 4 people, with a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building and belongs to an apartment complex (there is NO elevator). It has a private balcony and overlooks another building, while on the left side it overlooks the sea and on the right an estate with olive trees. Access is either from the building's parking lot, from the stairs, or from the entrance ramp on the front of the building and then by stairs to the 2nd floor. The space ROOMS: In one room there is a double bedroom and in the living room there are 2 sofa beds opposite each other. Each room has its own air conditioner and television. (Bedroom & Living Room) Upon request, a baby crib or a protective bed rail can be added. KITCHEN: The kitchen has a double electric stove. Other things to note 🚗 There is parking in the building's courtyard where cars park in front and behind (there is always communication and there has never been a problem). However, in case there is no availability or if you do not want to reserve another vehicle or have one reserved for you, there are also free parking spaces outside the building, on the street or in a nearby parking lot. Also, in the flats there is a landscaped space with a living room. 📝 Important information: For tax purposes, a full name and passport number will be required for guests from outside Greece. For Greek guests, only the TIN will be required. * According to the Government's decision - Law 5162/2024 (Government Gazette A’ 198), from 01.01.2025 the new End of Resilience to the Climate Crisis (TAKK) was implemented in the form of a tax. It has been imposed (mandatory) by the State and is borne by guests €8/ night. The owner after collecting the tax from the guest, pays it in full to the IAPR.
