Claddach house top floor apartment of 95 square meters situated in the beautiful seaside village of Portknockie. You will love the apartment because of the cosiness and location to the centre of the village and only a 1 mile walk to Cullen beach. The apartment is ideal for couples, families and business travellers, who want the independence of a self-contained base. There are many stunning walks, coastal beaches, scenery, golfing, fishing and popular restaurants minutes from our location. The space The self-contained apartment is in a quiet area of Portknockie just a 5 minute walk to the seafront and local shops. This self-contained flat has its own kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There will be a complimentary breakfast which includes bacon, eggs, bread and milk. There is a dining area for 4 people with 2 fold down chairs if required. The 2 double and two single beds will be made up for your stay and you will be provided with soft fluffy bath and hand towels. A travel cot is also provided but unmade if required. The flat has a small shower room, complete with complimentary toiletries. The WiFi username and password is found in the first page of the Visitors Book. Guest access The apartment is self-contained. Guests can only get access from the stairs to the rear of the building. Other things to note Pets ~ We have listed this apartment as pet friendly. This needs to be discussed to the host if a pet is being brought to the property. If you have a well behaved dog that can wait to do its business outside, you are very welcome to bring them at an extra cost of £10 per dog payable to the host on arrival.
