This renovated studio offers you relaxing and central stay in the best part of Helsinki. You will have bus and tram stops just around the corner for smoothest possible transport. The apartment offers you high quality beds, pillows, blankets and high speed WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. The brand new kitchen has modern, integrated appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a washing machine and floor heating. It is possible to use the house sauna on Saturday evenings. The space This personal and comfy studio apartment is located in the green Etu-Töölö neighbourhood. Only a 10-15 min walk from the inner city centre and with bus and tram stops just around the corner. The Hietaranta Beach is only a 10 min walk away. The apartment is located in a beautiful house from 1928. Downstairs in the building we have a recently renovated house sauna. You are welcome to use the house sauna on Saturday evenings (21.15–22.00), when it’s privately booked for the apartment. The building has also a grocery store downstairs (with an ATM) and an EV charging station right in front of the building. This is a great neighbourhood to live in, both for long-term and short-term stays. Plenty of parks, close to the sea and to the biggest beach of Helsinki. A perfect place for exploring the prettiest surroundings of Helsinki. The neighbourhood is well-connected and has everything you need within a block away from the house (restaurants, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, cafes and more). The apartment is decorated in a Scandinavian style; bright, fresh and minimalistic. The dimmable lights creates a warm and cosy atmosphere in apartment. You will also enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfy double bed (160 cm). If you're a group of three, the brand new bed sofa can easily be convert into a single bed (90 cm). High-quality white bed linens are provided for all guests. The apartment offers many charming original details, such as the big window with large window shield, original wooden floor and doors. The high ceilings throughout the apartment gives a nice, airy feeling. The house's obvious architectural winks to the Greek can be seen both on the outside and inside of the house. Like the rest of the apartment, even the kitchen has undergone a complete renovation. Though it's a studio, a proper sized and fully equipped kitchen has been designed for the apartment. All kitchen appliances are new and of high standards. Basic cooking tools are provided, perfect if you want to prepare you're own meal. Kitchen is equipped with: •Refrigerator with freezer compartment •Induction stove •Oven •Microwave •Dish-washer •Cooking tools •Toaster and a Nespresso machine •Cups, plates, bowls and all the cutleries you need •Coffee, tea, sugar, müsli, oil, spices etc. The main space has a comfy sofa, that can easily be converted into a 90 cm wide bed. The double bed (160 cm wide) is of high quality and you will definitely sleep well in it. The small dining area fits perfectly three people. Shower and toilet are separated. Both have been renovated a few years ago. Even though the bathroom is small, it still has a proper shower space with a towel dryer and washing machine. The floor heating is a nice during the colder half of the year, it will keep your feet warm and the floor dry. Fluffy towels, hairdryer and basic toiletries are provided for all guests. Guest access The whole apartment is at your convenience to use. Other things to note •House Sauna is located downstairs in the same building. It is only available on Saturday evenings (21.15–22.00) when it's privately booked for the apartment. •The bathroom is compact (as can be seen in the pictures).
